INFORMATION
Monday, October 31st, 2011
START: Album Park (cars, vans, trucks, bands, walkers)
FINISH: Album Park (same as start)
PRE-REGISTRATION: 10am - 3:00pm
PARADE STARTS: 3:30pm
PARADE LENGTH: 1 hour (approximately) / 1.9 miles
GRAND MARSHALL: Ari Lehman, "Jason" from Friday the 13th!
HONORARY GRAND MARSHALL: Ernie Q. Watts from El Paso Electric
CONFIRMED MARCHING BANDS:

PARADE ROUTE:
Start at ALBUM PARK, go west on ALBUM to CORK, left on CORK to DAPHNE, west on DAPHNE to FIR, left on FIR to BERMUDA, left on BERMUDA to ZANZIBAR, left on ZANZIBAR to ALBUM, right onto ALBUM and into the park.

- All entries must adhere to parade route and its speed.
- Getting out of line from your assigned positions IS NOT ALLOWED.
- See rules #1 and #2.
- All participants and/or vehicles MUST display “KLAQ”.
- Vehicle entries must register at the ALBUM PARK REGISTRATION CENTER.
- People who walk must pre-register at Album Park between 10:00 am - 2:30 PM.
- No alcohol of any kind is permitted at any point within the parade.
- Judging will be based on individuals creativity and imagination utilizing the Halloween theme and concept. Judges decisions are final,
- KLAQ reserves the right to refuse or disqualify any entry or participant.
- All participants agree not to hold KLAQ liable for any accidents. Each entrant acknowledges that he/she enters at their own risk.
