Oh yes we've seen many people from El Paso, Texas appear (and win) big amounts of prizes & cash on various game shows in the past. Such names like TJ Stukes or John Focht are probably the most well known. This week we saw more contestants win, this time on Family Feud hosted by the one and only Steve Harvey.

Meet the El Paso family who won on Family Feud

5 members from the Burkett family would represent El Paso; you had Dane, Dominique, Damon, Virginia & Rick.

On February 26, both Dane & Rick took part in the Fast Money segment. Dane was able to get 86 points and Rick...well he needed to try to 114 points to get that 200...

They ended up getting 160 points and missing the $20k but that's ok; they still won $800 & they would come back onto the show. The next day, the Burkett family would take on the Gilbert family. They would give some good answers to questions; like Rick saying "shovel" to the question "Name something you'd bring to a cheap funeral". (Which IS a good answer by the way).

Sadly they would lose with only 34 points. But considering they won the day before, that's still a win! People online agreed too when they were featured by FitFam on Instagram.

This wasn't the only time we've seen someone from El Paso appear on Family Feud; we actually saw Aaron Jones back in 2020 in the episode of NFLPA Hall of Famers vs The Rising Stars.

We still want to congratulate the Burkett family for winning on the show & representing El Paso while they did it!
