Looking for a furry quarantine buddy? El Paso Animal Services shelter is looking for people who can open their homes and their hearts to homeless animals. The country is still in the middle of the coronavirus pandemic, which has many people spending a large amount of their time at home. Just because you're socially distanced, doesn't mean you have to be lonely. The City of El Paso Animal Services shelter has hundreds of animals looking for people who are willing to open up their hearts and homes to them during their time of need.

Fostering is free and Animal Services help by providing all the food, medical care, and supplies needed to house any foster dogs. If your home already has a dog or kids, Animal Services can work with you to see what animal would temporarily be the best fit for your home and lifestyle. Fostering is a wonderful way for you to give back to your community and help save animal lives. This allows them to free up space in the shelter so they can help more dogs, and also allows them to work with rescues to get dogs transported. It also allows them to give medical care to sick or injured animals that come into Animal Services. If you would like to learn more about fostering or to sign up, please visit the Animal Services website.

If you're not ready to foster or unable to at this moment, that's okay! There are other ways you could help the City of El Paso Animal Services shelter include:
