Another week, and another list of street closures for El Paso.  Find out what areas of El Paso will be impacted this week.

The City of El Paso is continuing to grow. To maintain this growth, construction is a necessary evil for people in the city. This week on the west side, there will be full closures of Interstate 10 causing severe congestion in the area. If you want to keep from getting stuck in traffic for awhile, make sure to avoid these areas this week during these times.

Monday, July 10th
I-10 and Executive (9 a.m. to 4 p.m.)

  • Right lane on Executive Boulevard between I-10 and Rio Bravo closed

Monday, July 10th - Friday, July 14th
I-10 and Mesa Street

  • Right lane of North Mesa closed between North and South Desert Boulevard

Tuesday, July 11th
I-10 and Sunland Park (9 p.m. to 6 a.m.)

  • FULL CLOSURE of I-10 at Sunland Park.
    • I-10 West: Exit Executive and re-enter at Mesa Street
    • I-10 East: Exit Mesa Street and re-enter on Executive

Wednesday, July 12th and Thursday, July 13th
I-10 and Sunland Park (9 p.m. to 6 a.m.)

  • I-10 West CLOSED; I-10 East still open
    • July 12: Exit Sunland and re-enter at the Sunland Park Entrance Ramp
    • July 13: Exit Sunland Park, turn right on Mesa Street, take Mesa until you can re-enter the freeway

Thursday, July 13th
I-10 and Sunland Park (9 p.m. to 6 a.m.)

  • I-10 Westbound Entrance ramp will be closed
  • Sunland Park Drive (southbound) will be closed between South Mesa Hills and Machuca Road. Take Mesa Street to Doniphan, then Doniphan to Sunland Park Drive.
