Earlier this month, Dutch Bros. Coffee announced that they would be expanding in the Sun City by adding three new locations around town off McRae, Zaragosa, and N. Mesa.

Curiously enough, earlier this week on my commute to work, I kept noticing that the former site of the now-defunct Bush's Chicken was getting a lot of action by a demolition team, so I stopped in to get some more info.

Sure enough, the empty building which was once home to some delish tenders was coming down to make room for a Dutch Bros. Coffee.

Based out of Portland, OR, Dutch Bros has been serving up some great coffee and goodies since 1992. My first encounter with Dutch Bros. was love at first brew when I lived in Portland, and I am thrilled that one of its new locations will be opening at the former Bush's Chicken location, a few blocks down from the radio station.

So what's the big deal about another coffee shop? First of all, they are well-known for their flavorful drink combinations. Dutch Bros. Coffee has also grown to become the largest privately held drive-thru coffee chain in the country; they give back to the community and employ some of the happiest and friendliest employees,  always smiling - like all the time. And honestly, who doesn't want a smile with their early morning coffee?

Get ready as Dutch Bros. Coffee continues to expand across the city, and keep an eye for the other two locations brewing near Zaragosa and McRae because they too will be popping up by the summer.

Two Dutch Bros locations are now open at 7727 Paseo Del Norte Blvd in west El Paso and 12221 Eastlake Blvd. The new Dutch Bros. Coffee location near Kern Place will open at 3435 N. Mesa.
