I have made it a mission of mine to catch either a home run ball, or a foul ball. So I'm going to as many El Paso Chihuahua's games as possible this season.

During the first home day game of the season, I'm standing out in the outfield stands by myself. I went to take a picture of something I found funny, when I hear a crack of the bat I look down on the field and see the left fielder moving back towards me. Then, when I look up, there it is. The ball is coming right for me.

But in the brief time I had to judge where exactly the ball was, it looked like it was coming in high, so I chose to play the ricochet off the wall behind me. That was my mistake. It ends up rattling around the area near me, only to end up below me, where another guy swoops in and takes it.
