What times to the bands start?

Local bands start around 11 a.m. Headlining bands start around 6 p.m.

Are there age restrictions for general admission to BalloonFest?

No. Anyone is welcomed to attend. Children under two are $5. Tickets available at 7/Eleven Alon stores and holdmyticket.com.

Concert or waterpark pass: $19.99*
Combo Pass: $29.99
Three Day Festival Pass: $54.99* (online only)

Is my season pass valid for this event?

You season pass will allow you access to the water park only. If you'd like to watch the night concerts, please upgrade your pass at Wet N' Wild's ticketing booth for an additional fee.

Will there be food available?

Yes! We'll have several concession stands and vendors available. You are also welcomed and encouraged to bring your own food to barbecue while there. No outside alcoholic beverages permitted.

Can I leave and come back?

Nope. But you'll be having such a great time, you won't want to leave anyway.

What time do gates open?

10 a.m. each day. Waterpark rides close between 5 and 6 p.m.

When does the event end?

Approximately 9 p.m.

What’s prohibited?
  • Weapons including fireworks or explosives
  • Illegal substances
  • Backpacks
  • Glass containers
  • Outside food or drinks AFTER 5 PM.
  • Alcohol
  • Pets (except service dogs)
  • Professional recording equipment including large, professional, detachable zoom lenses, or other commercial equipment
  • No unlicensed vendors allowed. No solicitations, sampling, giveaways, etc.
What can I bring?
  • "Ready to Rock" attitudes
  • Personal, non-professional cameras
  • Tents and chairs
  • Any personal items needed for the water park.
  • Food and non-alcoholic beverages
Where can I buy tickets?

Buy tickets at HoldMyTicket.com or area 7-Eleven Alon stores.

Can I ride in a balloon?

Unfortunately, no. We cannot allow the public to ride in balloons for insurance reasons.

Where should I park?

There is plentiful parking at Wet N Wild. Parking will cost a minimal fee.

I can't go. Do you offer refunds?

No. We'll be there rain or shine and hope to see you. If you can't attend, you can always give your tickets to a friend. No refunds will be issued.

What's different this year?

This year, we'll be bringing in a huge stage, much like StreetFest. It'll be set up near The Screamer just outside of the park. The headlining bands will perform on this big stage and local bands will perform inside the park on the small stage.
