A road rage incident led to a knockout punch in the middle of a neighborhood. But you won't believe who got arrested!

This incident happened on Wednesday in a neighborhood in Albuquerque after a father followed a suspected drunk driver home. The man who gets hit in the video is 26 year-old Ryan Allen, who was also involved in a road rage incident before being followed home. The driver of the truck followed Allen home and got out of his vehicle to confront the suspected drunk driver. That's when the young man's father runs out of the house to defend his son. While he two men are arguing, Ryan Allen runs at the man, and that is when the driver of the truck hits him and knocks him out cold. The man's father and the truck driver continue to argue and the truck driver called the police. When the police arrived, Ryan Allen admitted that he had ben drinking and was arrested for Aggravated DWI. He was taken to jail and after being released, his father said he was taken to the hospital for a concussion. The man who threw the punch wasn't charged with any crime.
