El Paso is the land of great tacos. You could get them really at any time- breakfast, lunch, dinner, that meal at 2 A.M. when you're out of the bar. Basically, they're a staple in an El Pasoan's diet.

With all the taco places we have here, what's one more right? Well, add this to the list- 7/11. Yes, the 7/11 where you could get yourself a Slurpee and some nachos is now offering tacos. Well, they're only available in Dallas.

A Laredo Taco Company taco drive-thru store in its Evolution location in Dallas has opened up a taco drive-thru at the 7/11. The drive-thru offers tacos and meals made with barbacoa, carne asada, chorizo and carnitas in addition to breakfast bowls and breakfast tacos made with eggs. Sounds great right?

Chris Tanco, 7-11 executive VP and chief operating officer says it’s all about changing with the times and helping “customers looking for socially distanced ways to grab breakfast, lunch and dinner.”

Unfortunately, for us, it doesn't look like they plan on brigning the taco drive-thru to the 915 anytime soon, but I feel like now would be a great time to bring in a taco drive thru! Think about how great it would be if you could order tacos and Slurpee all at once? That is the world I want to live in.

I believe El Paso would totally love this- although I dread to think about the long line it would create! For now, it's best to just go to your favorite taco truck, get yourself an order of carne asada tacos and go buy Slurpee.
