Finally, Whole Foods is coming to El Paso! This popular supermarket specializes in organic and natural foods, recently signed 12 new leases, and decided to bring one to our town.

For years, El Pasoans have been asking for a Whole Foods and are extremely happy about this big announcement. "It's one of those things that the community is hungry for those new stores, because those things that they can find elsewhere," said Alberto Barraza, a resident of West El Paso. "And it's great it's coming to the west side too."

The grocery store is set to open in late 2016, and will span approximately 45,000 square feet, and create over 100 new jobs.

As a fellow Lower Valley resident, I am excited to see a new store but wish we could get some love on the east side. One day, I believe it will happen!
