Velvet Revolver “Looking” at Corey Taylor

Slash confirmed with The Charlotte Observer that the band is looking at Corey Taylor of Slipknot/Stone Sour to front Velvet Revolver.  No decisions have been made since Slash is touring right now for his solo album, though.

Slash: There was truth to the rumor that we were looking at Corey Taylor (SLIPKNOT, STONE SOUR), but then I left for tour. So there's nothing being done at the moment. No decision.

What do you think? Good plan? Would you like to see Corey in ANOTHER band, so each band would record and tour, then then next one, then the next...it would keep you from getting burnt out on any of them, I guess.
