A tiny amusement park in a small Texas town has been drawing visitors from all over the world for almost 20 years. The reason why may soon be for sale. I don't know if they plan to sell this thing or not but I don't see why they wouldn't. What's the point in keeping all the rides and attractions in a closed amusement park, right?
Chisos Basin is a beautiful area, located within Big Bend State Park, about 326 miles from El Paso. It will soon be closed off to the public so make your plans and reservations ASAP.
You can plan just about any kind of vacation you want and "get 'er dun" right here in Texas. Which is why an old ad campaign used to say that Texas was "like a whole other country".
Texas has miles of beaches and, thanks to the beautiful climate, you can visit them pretty much year round. Which keeps them pretty crowded but not this particular spot.
