A few lucky peeps got to hang out with Stone Sour and Pop Evil last night thanks to The Q!

Before Stone Sour rocked Tricky Falls last night, Corey Taylor went comic book shopping with the grand prize winner of our comic book quiz, Carlos. Taylor shared his comic book knowledge, spent some money and showed off his Bane impression.

Stone Sour are a band that respects their roots, and they've been very good about paying homage to their metal forefathers over the years. The latest instance of this has come on the band's winter 2014 tour, where Corey Taylor and his cohorts have been breaking out a cover of Metallica's 'Creeping Death.'

This morning on the KLAQ Morning Show, we gave away tickets for the Stone Sour concert at Tricky Falls, to the lucky winners of our comic book quiz. One guy couldn't get through on the phone lines, so he decided to run over to the studio from the Sun Bowl.

This incredibly interesting band will be rocking Tricky Falls with Stone Sour and Pop Evil on February 11th. Haven't heard of Stolen Babies? Well have a listen!

Slipknot recently announced that they are working on a new cd.  That's the good news, the bad news is .......

Stone Sour will be short one member when they get to El Paso ... and that's a good thing!

Stone Sour is coming to Tricky Falls in El Paso on February 11th, 2014.

Stone Sour will be kicking off the new year on the road, announcing a new run of U.S. tour dates that span through the months of January and February. Pop Evil and Stolen Babies will be along for the ride as support.
