Ysleta Independent School District sure came through with some relieving news when students return to school.

As we get closer to Thanksgiving less fortunate families in the Borderland wonder if they'll get to enjoy a Thanksgiving meal.

All children, between the ages of 1 through 18, are eligible for a free meal this summer thanks to the El Paso Independent School District.

This federal holiday that is observed on November 11 honors those who served in the United States Armed Forces.
