When it comes to personal preferences, I'm a fan of letting people eat their steak however they want it. However, I do think it makes sense to expand our culinary horizons and try it the way the chef feels it tastes best if we are open to that.

All of this talk about eggs got me thinkin'... what's up with meat? Turns out mashed did a whole study on the best places (grocery stores, specifically), to purchase meat in the United States. I decided to grind it down to Texas for ya'll.

Pete Loeffler of Chevelle is having a great time on the Carnival of Madness tour, and is ready to hit El Paso tomorrow with the new stage show and rock with Evanescence, Halestorm, Cavo and New Medicine! He called me today (from Lubbock, he believes) to talk about the tour, Hats Off to the Bull, his favorite BBQ, and Steve-O dropping his pants on stage!
