Mike ‘The Wolverine’ Rio To Fight This Saturday

If you're looking for something to watch on Saturday, tune in to watch the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC 166) and check out my buddy Mike "The Wolverine" Rio!!

The main event will be the UFC Heavyweight Championship between current champion Cain Velasquez and top contender Junior dos Santos in Houston, Texas. My buddy, Mike Rio will be fighting against the Ultimate Fighter 13 winner, Tony Ferguson.

Rio made his official UFC debut when he faced TUF: Live alumnus John Cofer on December 2012 at the Ultimate Fighter: Team Carwin vs. Team Nelson Finale; he won via submission in the 3rd round. On May 2013, Rio faced and was defeated by Francisco Trinaldo via arm triangle choke.

Now Mike has been training really hard and is as ready as he can be to take this win home. He doesn't expect to lose, he has been having extra practices and is ready to tear it up.

Apart from this upcoming fight, Mike Rio was also nominated as Florida's Favorite UFC Fighter for the 2013 Florida MMA Mixed Martial Arts Awards!!
