Texas looks to be the most affected by the latest store to declare bankruptcy as all stores are now closing, and the Lone Star State counts for nearly 10% of that total number. As of June of this year and according to this Scrape Hero article, Florida and Texas have 34 and 33 stores of roughly the 350 locations of the newest retail chain to be going out of business, so about 20% of the entire roster.

According to the information, Florida had one more total store than Texas at the time in June, but considering Texas has 35% more people than Florida, it is the Lone Star State's residents that will be most affected by the total closure of all American Freight stores. Closing sales have begun as of earlier this week, and everything literally must go as all stores will permanently close.
