A Dallas Uber driver was seen on video punching his passenger after an argument over legroom.

I realize we all want to be comfortable in a vehicle, but it’s not worth going to jail. It’s also not worth getting your ass beat by a much larger human.

But that’s what happened. According to Fox 4, the two men had a dispute over legroom which ended with the Uber driver punching the passenger and knocking him to the ground.

The passenger, 68-year-old Suleman Gauba, said he complained about being unable to sit in the back seat due to the lack of legroom. That’s when the driver said he was canceling the ride and told him and his wife to get out of the car.

Gauba’s wife called the police, but the driver drove away before they arrived. They also filed a complaint with Uber, who says the driver has been denied access to the platform:

This behavior is unacceptable. Violence of any kind is not tolerated on the Uber platform, and we expect all users to treat each other with respect. We have been in touch with the rider, and have removed the driver’s access to the platform.

Anyone with information on the assault is asked to contact the Dallas Police Department.
