Here is a reminder never leave your child in the car unattended!   A mother in Houston had her car stolen with her child inside back in April. Luckily, the mother was able to track her car down using the LoJack GPS system and flagged down police. Click2houston.com, reports that officers found the car and tried to pull the driver over, but they kept on going and a chase ensued.

The chase ended in a crash, with the thief bailing out. Inside the stolen car was  a 2-year-old little girl in the backseat. She appeared to be uninjured but was taken to the hospital for evaluation. Stop leaving your children in the car unattended!  Read the full story by clicking here.  

When I see a child that unattended in car when I go to the corner store, I feel a moral obligation to stand there until their parents to return to the car. The reason why? I have seen so many stories just like this! Let this be a friendly reminder to never leaver your child unattended in car.

A Houston area gas station has been fined $50,000 for price gouging during Hurricane Beryl. Click2Houston reports, Super Stop, a gas station in Baytown, increased its prices by more than 40% during the hurricane. The business agreed to pay the fine after being unable to provide justification for the higher prices. Read the full story.
