Evanescence officially begin their return on October 11th with the release of the self-titled third album. The band’s last album (2006′s ‘The Open Door’) may have failed to make a splash in the realm of rock, but still managed to move over 6 million copies. The climate of the music industry has changed so much since 2006, many wonder if the band will be able to return to the heights of their former popularity.

The video takes place in a dark urban setting that calls to memory films like ‘The Crow’, ‘Underworld’, and the Batman franchise. Despite all it’s gritty ambiance, tough facial expression, and…uh, walking — the video doesn’t add any weight to the song that feels like a dud from Lee’s scrapped pop album with heavy guitars tacked on.
