El Paso firefighters are at an impasse with the city over their contract. The firefighters are asking for higher annual raises, a more reasonable insurance rate and a two-strike-and-you're-out drug testing policy.

If the firefighters union and the city aren’t able to work it out, it will go to a public vote. I would’ve expected the city to back the firefighters, but that was before we started getting calls about it. Listen to these very anti-fire department calls from the Neckline (521-NECK)
