El Paso Divided on Support for Firefighters — Listen to the NECKline Calls

El Paso firefighters are at an impasse with the city over their contract. The firefighters are asking for higher annual raises, a more reasonable insurance rate and a two-strike-and-you're-out drug testing policy.
