Earlier this morning, World Wrestling Entertainment announced their latest talent reductions, which included Braun Strowman, who held the Universal Championship for more than four months last year. The other releases include Aleister Black, Murphy, Lana, Ruby Riott, and Santana Garrett. Black, whose real name is Tom Budgen, reacted on Twitter once he heard the news.

Strangely enough, WWE had recently brought Black back with promo segments and then they began a feud with him and Big E. Last week, he was in the main event of Smackdown, only to be released five days later.

Meanwhile, Strowman had also recently returned to television, and he was involved in a feud with Drew McIntyre and Bobby Lashley. Lana had been with WWE since 2013, and she was recently tag teaming with Naomi. They wrestled as recently as Monday night.

Riott (who also wrestles by the name Heidi Lovelace) was also a tag team favorite with her partner Liv Morgan, who reacted on Twitter once the news broke.
