Billy Corgan is known for having big musical ambitions, and now it looks like he plans to bring that attitude to the world of professional wrestling. The Smashing Pumpkins frontman tells Fox News Chicago he's formed his own wrestling firm called Resistance Pro. Corgan says he hopes to bring back what he calls an "old school kind of feel" with the company, and is set to hold his first event November 25th at Excalibur in Chicago. As a long time wrestling fan, Corgan has even incorporated it into his day job with the Pumpkins. The band's recent video for the song "Owata" starred professional wrestlers Cheerleader Melissa, Shelly Martinez and Raven.

Meanwhile, Corgan and company continue work on the 44-track "Teargarden by Kaleidyscope." They're currently on the road supporting the project's latest segment, "Oceania." It will be the band's first physical release since 2007's "Zeitgeist" and is expected out next month.
