The City of El paso Animal Services Shelter is offering FREE adoptions this weekend!

Just in time for the holidays, the City of El Paso Animal Services shelter is hoping to get more of their animals into forever homes.

Celebrate the PAWlidays the best way you can, by opening your home to a new fur-ever family member! The Department of Animal Services wants to help you do this by offering FREE adoptions this weekend, thanks to Zappos.com who is covering the adoption fees for animals.

This is event is happening right now through Cyber Monday, November 28th. The adoptable animals are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

To go check out some of the lovable animals they have available, please visit them at 5001 Fred Wilson Avenue, right across from the Fort Bliss Cemetery. The City of El Paso Animal Services Shelter is open 7 days a week form 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. You can also call them at (915) 212-PAWS.

All adoptions will include the animal's spay/neuter procedure, age-appropriate vaccinations, microchip and city license.

The adoption fees are waived but the shelter is still looking for donations to help out the animals that are still being housed in the shelter. They are looking for donations of blankets, towels, food, toys and mobile pet carriers. If you can adopt an animal and donate something to the shelter, it will be greatly appreciated!
