Come celebrate the work of independent filmmakers with over 60 feature and short films at the El Paso Film Festival!

Created in 2018, the El Paso Film Festival focuses on independent short films and feature films from the region. There will be 12 feature films and over 50 short films at the 2nd annual festival, with almost half made by local filmmakers. The El Paso Film Festival, with help from the Paso Del Norte Community Foundation, will be awarding $5,000 in cash prizes to independent filmmakers. This year's featured films include:

  • "Dream With Me"- The movie showcases the life of one of the 800,000 DREAMers who took advantage of President Barack Obama's program. The movie is directed by Johnathan Seaborn.
  • "When All That's Left"- The film explores the toll that Alzheimer's disease takes on families and the impact of love. The film is directed by Eric Gordon.
  • "Running With Beto"- The movie follows native EL Pasoan Beto O'Rouke during his senatorial campaign. The film is directed by David Modigliani.
