The power of social media is yet again shown, thanks to this woman with a kind heart.

Cory Henson was in the Denver airport when she found an iPad that someone had lost. She didn't want to just leave the iPad in someone's hands and hope that it would be returned to its rightful owners. She tried having Siri "Call Mom," called Apple and even turned to local police, who told her they would inventory the item. So it was at that moment she decided to turn to social media for help.

Here is what she posted to her personal Facebook,

So we found an iPad (in the Denver airport, that made its way back to St. Louis....). I can't unlock it. We'll try to...

After the post was put up, Henson was ecstatic to see that she had over 400 notifications in less than five hours and the number continued to climb. Then, less than nine hours after her initial post was put up, the son of the owner was found through Facebook. Three of Sam Gellman's friends shared the post which he then saw on his own newsfeed, and realized it was his father's iPad. In nine hours, the post was shared over 24,000 times.

You guys!!!!! We found the owner!!! This message reached over 24000 people in 9!hours and we found the owner!!! Thank you for all the shares. The universe gave us a hug! I'm so happy!!
