Woman Chases Guy Who Sexually Harassed Her, Kicks Him

During her daily jog, Veena Ashiya Chindlur ran into a man who was making lewd gestures at her. Instead of running away or ignoring him, she chased him down and kicked him in the head.

Chindlur and her friend were jogging Friday morning, when K R Suryaprakash, 30, began to harass them. When Chindlur began to chase Suryaprakash, the friend took out a phone to record the whole incident.

Thanks to that video, police were able to locate the suspect and arrest him. Chindlur also posted the video to Facebook with this message:

"Taught an eve-teaser a tough lesson! I was eve-teased this morning by a guy in a park where I run regularly. I chased him, hit him hard and filed an FIR. Police were extremely supportive. I am posting this video for women to know that change will happen only when we want it to happen!"

She has been receiving some negative feedback from her post, mainly saying she should be in trouble for assaulting the man or that she set up the whole incident. Either way, the video is sure to get people talking.
