A Providence, Rhode Island woman was arrested Tuesday night by Rhode Island State Police troopers after she allegedly rear-ended them while drunk.

Harper  had her two young children in the car at the time she did it, but luckily they were not injured.   A breath test showed Harper's blood alcohol level was three times the legal limit.

32 year-old Kayla Harper's  3-month-old was in a booster seat but the seat wasn't connected to the car and wasn't properly restrained.  The 6-year-old was not restrained in any way.  The kids were later released to a relative.  Department of Children,Youth and Families have been notified.  When the local news team interviewed Harper, she admitted she hardly ever  drives drunk with the kids in the car.  Unbelievable.
