Where To Watch Fireworks This 4th Of July
Popping fireworks in the city limits of El Paso might be illegal, but that doesn't mean you can't see fireworks this 4th of July. Here are a couple of places you can take the family and see the night light up with some great firework displays.
Pop Goes the Fort at Fort Bliss's Biggs Park: The El Paso Symphony Orchestra performs patriotic music at Fort Bliss's Biggs Park with a fireworks show afterwards. Admission is free.
Music under the Stars Patriotic Concert and Fireworks Spectacular: Its a night of patriotic music performed by the El Paso Wind Symphony at the Chamizal National Museum with a firework spectacular to follow the concert.
Socorro Entertainment Center 4th of July Festival: Tribute bands begin at 1 p.m., they have carnival rides and you can ride a 3-story tall inflatable water slide. Firework popping will be allowed.
Western Playland Amusement Park will have a fireworks display at 9:30 p.m.
