Study Finds the Most Dangerous Sex Position for Men and It’s Surprisingly Common

Everyone loves sex, in all different types of positions, but what is the most dangerous sex position for men?

According to a new study, there's a 'most dangerous' position for men, the "cowgirl," or woman-on-top position.  In some scary statistics for men, this position is responsible for half of all penile fractures during intercourse. When the woman is on all fours, or "doggy style," accounts for 29% of injuries, and man on top, or 'missionary," counts for 21%.

Researchers believe that this position is the most dangerous because they can't stop painful movements from happening because of the woman's weight on top of him. If a man is controlling the movements, he is better able to stop anything that may harm his precious peter.

From the men in the study, half said they heard a "crack," followed by pain and swelling in their penis after they injured themselves. Two men actually developed erectile dysfunction after injuring their penis. The study did remind people, though, that penis injuries are rare.
