The NMSU football program is not good. It's so not good, the Aggies are having to bribe their students to get them to come to the games. And even that's not going well, in reality or in our cartoon!

I feel for school president Garry Carruthers, he was trying to do something -- ANYTHING -- to get students out to the games, then what he does try backfires, not once, but TWICE!

First, the winner, Matt Zajac, wasn't there. The rules clearly stipulate the fan has to be present to win. Turns out he's a disabled veteran who lost the lower half of his legs in Iraq! THEN a group of Lobos gets together and raises more than $2,000 to give to Mr. Zajac, showing up their arch-rivals in just about the worst way possible...not including this.
