Weatherman Can’t Hide His Fear of Spiders

Subscribe to KLAQ El Paso on

Spiders creep people out. Seriously, their little legs and multiple eyes look like they want to weave a web of your skin. West Virginia weatherman Bryan Hughes understands the evil that is hidden in spiders, so that’s probably why he freaked out so bad when one appeared on his screen.

Hughes was chatting with Texas Tech University Meat Science Team when a giant spider appeared on his screen. No, the spider wasn’t actually a giant spider you see in the movies. It was a smaller spider that grew into a shadow monster through the camera lens.

What seemed like a cruel prank caused Hughes to scream in such a high pitch you would have confused him for a 5-year-old girl. He isn’t suffering any traumatic injuries but he is a inter-web sensation for a couple of days.
