A morning news show in Corpus Christi, Texas nearly had to run for cover earlier last week when a nearby home exploded and shook the foundation of their television studio.

After returning from a commercial break, the newscasters at KIII were saying “Good Morning” to their viewers when an explosion rattled the area, causing obvious panic in the minds of the news team who appear to uncertain if they should remain calm and continue the show or hide underneath the desk.

Authorities say that while the cause of the blast is not yet known, it did manage to destroy three homes and damage 15 others. None of the reports indicate that anyone was killed in the blast; yet, two people were transported to a burn unit in San Antonio.
