[Video] Monster Training Tip Of The Day-Always Use A Spotter When Doing Squats!
If you didn’t know, the Monster is sort of a workout junkie. There are a couple of rules to live by if your a lifter…eat a lot of protein, drink lots of water, get plenty of rest, and ALWAYS USE A SPOTTER! If you don’t you’ll end up like this guy. Check out the video below:
