Check out this funny video of a drunk Brit who's so drunk that he can't walk down a flight of stairs, as matter of fact he just falls down the entire way.  After he gets up he still has a hard time walking.  I'm guessing this guy had a good night.  Check out the video below courtesy of The Sun:
