Forget pumped up kicks. You need some metal ones. For a limited time only, you can grab a pair. Street apparel giant Vans is reissuing several band-branded sneakers, including the Slayer and Iron Maiden editions.

Vans and Nice Kicks are partnering up for Vulcanized Vinyl, a pop up shop that will park itself in Austin, Texas during this year’s SXSW music festival, which kicks off March 9 and runs through March 18. The shop’s hours of operation are noon to midnight and it will be situated at 313 E. 6th Street.

The Slayer and Maiden sneaks will be available strictly on a “first come, first served” basis, with the Slayeriffic footwear available on March 13. The Maiden kicks will be made available on March 16. So if you are headed down to this epic annual music conference, why not do a little shopping and pick yourself up a pair while the getting is good.

Punk bands like The Descendents (March 14), Bad Religion (March 15) and Social Distortion (March 17) will also get the sneaker reissue treatment.

If you don’t want to lug shoes around while you bolt back and forth between shows during the fest, Vans will offer concierge service, delivering purchases to major hotels in the Austin area. So you can shop without any sort of headaches and the chaos of the event won’t prevent you from owning these coveted items.

“Vulcanized Vinyl is a great opportunity to work together with a key boutique partner in Nice Kicks as we uniquely present Vans Classics and California collections and key apparel items in a way that underscores Vans long musical heritage,” said Vans Vice President of Marketing Doug Palladini. “We think that SXSW’s rabid music crowd will really love the band collaboration re-releases we have on tap.”
