Twitter Mocks Hillary Clinton’s Pitch For Latino Support

Hillary Clinton's pitch for Latino support is not going so well on twitter. A post on her website is titled '7 Things Hillary Clinton Has in Common with You Abuela.' I honestly couldn't name 7 things maybe just one. Old age.

Abuela is Spanish for grandmother and the post includes about a half-dozen Spanish words. Instead of a ton of support, the post has inspired the hashtag, #NotMyAbuela. A number of people are using it to argue that the Democratic frontrunner is nothing like their grandmothers.

One tweeted that her grandmother was a long-suffering, low-wage agricultural worker and mother of nine who was never afforded Hillary Clinton's 'privileges.' Another asked,' how dare you try and emulate a strength and struggle you will never understand.'
