TV Star Mike Rowe Offers Dedicated Texas Utility Worker A Beer
Several actually, for going over and above ... and below ... for his customer!
Dirty Jobs star Mike Rowe has been called the "Dirtiest Man In Television" because of the horrible things he's done on Dirty Jobs. So, what do you have to do to get a guy like that to offer to buy you beer in honor of your job?
After seeing Hood County Texas utility worker Jimmie Cox half sunk in a mudhole, Rowe tweeted an offer to buy Cox a beer and taped a message for Good Morning America saying:
"I'm serious about the offer for a beer or two.” “Please tell me that was a water line … because if it was a sewer line, I'd have to get you a whole case.”
Wrangler jeans, which Cox wears in the pic, also offered him new jeans. I sure hope Coors Light and Levis extend me the same courtesy when they see what I go through at KLAQ remotes.
