David Bowie passed away this week after an 18 month battle with cancer.

The rock icon, knowing he didn't have long to live, recorded a farewell album and shot a final video in which he said goodbye to everyone. Tonight, Bowie Feathers will say goodbye to him. According to the E.P. Times:

Bowie Feathers, 111 S. El Paso St., will host a tribute to the "Starman," with DJs Rene Romo and Lawyer Lady/Doctor Woman playing Bowie, Bowie-related artists and more for fans to dance and pay tribute to the man who's many hits include "China Girl," "Space Oddity," "Fame" and "Under Pressure."

The party starts at 9:00 and folks are encouraged to make themselves up as one of Bowie's many characters or dress up as him from one of his many different eras. For more info, contact Bowie Feathers at (915) 351-9909 or on facebook.
