The 14th annual Sunset Heights Tour Of Homes is Saturday, October 14th.

The annual event lets you wander around, inside and outside, some of the oldest and most beautiful homes in El Paso, proceeds benefit the Sunset Heights Neighborhood Improvement Association.

One of the homes on this years tour was not only designed by legendary architect Henry Trost, it was also his primary residence and the site of his death. (Famous Trost designs include El Paso High School, Hotel El Capitan in Van Horn and over 50 other beautiful buildings across Texas, New Mexico and Arizona.)

Tickets can be purchased in advance or "day of" at the Hal Marcus Gallery, 1308 N. Oregon. ($10 adults, $5 kids. Kids 10 and under are free.) The tour takes place from 12 Noon - 4:00pm. It's a walking tour but, pedicabs and bike rentals will be available.
