Remember walking into a dark classroom and see a television in front of the desks? Normally when that was the case meant that you were about to watch a video like this.

Okay, so then I didn't appreciate videos like these but being older now I do. I came across this video on the Texas Parks And Wildlife channel and felt like I was back in high school all over. According to Pichardo, he states that the Franklin Mountains is the largest Urban Park within the United States. It then goes into the Rio Grande how it was used for travel and trade. Sometimes we get caught up in our craziness that we don't appreciate the history that's been a part of our city. The cool thing about the younger generation is they will have drones filming cool features unlike VHS.

It being a Friday, flashback to this moment back in 2009 when the Franklin Mountains were featured on Texas Parks And Wildlife!
