This is...was...Miriam Burbank. After Ms. Burbank passed away, her daughters decided to celebrate her life. By posing her with all the things that lead on to an early grave: booze, cigarettes and, I guess, solving crossword puzzles.

This being New Orleans, funerals with a more celebratory theme are not exactly unheard of. In fact, there are plenty of jazz and dixieland bands in the Big Easy that make a living by playing in funeral processions. You can see more in the video below, but there's no word if they took the late Ms. Burbank down to Bourbon Street and put her in a conga line, "Weekend at Bernie's" style.
