The Nightmare Before Christmas Is 20 Years Old [VIDEO]

We all know this wonderful movie most of us own and go see it when they replay it in theatres every October.

It's been 20 good years since the famous movie "The Nightmare Before Christmas" came out. (Crazy to think I was in middle school when it did.) The Nightmare Before Christmas originated in a poem by Tim Burton in 1982 while he was working as a Disney Animator.

Disney did consider it as a short film or even a 30 minute television special. Within time, it was made into the awesome movie that it is now!

The Nightmare Before Christmas is about Jack Skellington (Chris Sarandon) from Halloween Town who is tired of the same ol' routine of Halloween and goes for a long walk where he finds different portals (Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas) He opens the Christmas Town portal and loves it and decides he wants to celebrate the Holiday. Things do not go as easy as he thought they would even though Sally (Catherine O'Hara) tried to warn him.

I just love this movie so much that Dubba G and I have made it a tradition to watch it every year around this time.
