Who are all the members of your band, and what do they play?

Efi- Vocals
Charles- Guitar/Vocals
Dan- Guitar/Percussion/Backing Vocals
Steve- Bass/Keys/Backing Vocals
Bernie- Drums/Vocals

When did the band get together, and how?

The band solidified its line up the summer of 2010. However, 4 of the 5 members were previously in the defunct metalcore band “Dorian Gray” which had been together from 2006 to 2009. After the addition of long time friend Steven Medina and shift in overall musical direction, the time felt right for a name change. It’s all about new beginnings!

How would you describe your music to someone?

Aggressive but melodic. Something you can “bob” your head to then turn around and hardcore dance to. Our new EP “The Faces We Wear” will be available on iTunes soon!

Who are some of the bands that influence your music?

We’re all fans of different bands and genres of music. Everything from hip-hop to metal and indie-rock to electronic, all of those styles of music and artists have some kind of influence on us. To what degree, we’ll let the listener decide. And we love hearing feedback on that kind of stuff. It’s a great conversation starter!

What is your most memorable gig so far?

We’ve honestly had a great time with every band we’ve played with and every show we’ve played with them. But if we had to narrow it down, the guys from Voyeur have been very good to us along with Ismael Puga from Texas Meltdown Ent. and Adam from Hangout Productions.

Are you currently signed to any kind of label or management?

We’re currently unsigned to a label or management. Just some great friends like those mentioned above along with the guys from A Beautiful Mourning and our producer/good friend Hex Gomez from Let Down Studios.

What other bands have your members been/are in?

Charles and Steve go back to playing in bands together since 2000 the most notable being “Anexa”. Dan, had played in a group with some of the guys from A Beautiful Mourning called “…this life”; while Bernie and Efi began playing in bands together in high school. Currently, Bernie’s working on an acoustic side project while Steve is close to completing a post-punk revival EP with Charles and Dan.

What other local bands would you recommend people check out?

Without a doubt A Beautiful Mourning, Voyeur, As It’s Written, When Odds Get Even and Scordatura Vita! All of them are great guys and awesome musicians.

Where can people contact you to book you for shows?

People can contact us directly through our Facebook if they are interested in booking us or just hanging out and having a drink.
