Texas Woman’s Vagina Searched for Drugs

A 21-year-old woman was pulled over by police in a traffic shop that she says ended with her snooch being searched for drugs. Watch the report and then I'll have my comments, below.

The police did find marijuana on the "lady" -- 0.2 ounces of marijuana. That is a pretty minute amount of marijuana, and it would be hard to argue that that amount was for anything other than personal use. I know, I know..."marijuana is still illegal in Texas." But, is it worth making a woman drop her pants in a parking lot and root around inside of her? I think the answer is "no." Maybe if they were setting up an intent to distribute charge, but .02 ounces is barely enough to roll a pinner.

I also like the part where the cops are claiming she gave them consent to search her birth canal AND they're charging her with resisting arrest. When are these casual pot users gonna learn? If you insist on carrying around your miniscule amounts of weed, you forfeit your constitutional rights against unreasonable search and seizure. Right?
