There is more than one way to try and beat a Driving While Intoxicated charge.

A lady in central Texas ran her car into a picnic pavilion near an apartment complex in Moody Texas. The 28-year-old lady told Moody police that her GPS device led her into the pavilion.  Boy, talk about following directions to the letter, huh?

"E" for effort on her part but, it didn't work. Police charged her with DWI after she failed a field sobriety test. Her 6-year-old son was also in the car but, luckily, suffered only a minor injury. The weird part is, apparently, this really is a thing.

She should have told the responding police officers that she was going after a Pokemon she spotted on the picnic table. Then, I'm sure, they would have been more understanding!
