Texas Cop Caught on Video Spraying Substance at Bikers

The Internal Affairs office at the Fort Worth Police Department is investigating a video that appears to show an officer using pepper spray on a group of passing bikers. According to a report, the officer is identified as W. Figueroa.

The Fort Worth Police Department confirms that officer Figueroa is no longer on traffic control until the incident can be sorted out. The video was posted to several social media sites. It shows the officer streaming what appears to be pepper spray on a group of passing bikers.

Chase Stone posted the video to Facebook saying,'Law enforcement is here to protect and serve, not intentionally try to harm others.***THIS WAS BEYOND DANGEROUS***' The bikers claim Figueroa's intent was to cause an accident.

Officer Figueroa was conducting a traffic stop on a truck that was acting as a safety vehicle for the riders at the time the biker's were passing by.
