Keeping with the  spirit of the KLAQ BBQ,  this week I am featuring barbeque chicken with a twist.  Orange Barbeque Chicken is absolutely delicious, and as always, couldn't be easier to make!

This recipe is good for four big chicken breasts.  Mix a cup and a half of regular barbeque sauce with the zest and juice of one orange.  If you don't have a microplane or zester, you can use a vegetable peeler (you just want the orange part of the peel, not the bitter white) and finely chop the peel strips.

Place the chicken breasts into a large zip lock bag with the bbq sauce and orange mixture and marinate at least one hour for best flavor.

While that's marinating, get the sweet mini peppers ready for the grill.  Cut the tops off and remove any seeds they may have.  Place these into a separate zip lock bag and marinate in olive oil or Italian dressing, whichever you prefer.  I add salt and freshly ground pepper as well.

Grill the chicken 10 minutes, turning after 5 minutes.  Continue grilling until done (165 degrees) Place the peppers on the grill when the chicken is halfway done, or sooner if you like a lot of char!

Serve the chicken and veggies with a delicious salad for a low-carb dinner.  Enjoy!
