My friend Trish from our sister station shared this recipe for Chicken Marsala with me.  Boy am I glad she did!  I'm wondering how long I have to wait to make this easy dish again!

Chicken Marsala Ingredients

Here are the ingredients you will need:

2-3 pounds of chicken thighs

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 package sliced fresh mushrooms

Sweet Marsala wine(I found it at Albertson's for about $8 a bottle)

Egg noodles  (or pasta of your choice)

Browning Chicken Marsala

Brown the chicken thighs in a little oil with garlic.  While the thighs brown, mix the cream of mushroom soup with 1 can of Marsala and the fresh mushrooms.

When chicken is finished browning, place in a baking dish and cover with Marsala mixture.  Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes until done.

Egg Noodles

While the chicken is in the oven, prepare your egg noodles or preferred pasta according to package directions.

Chicken Marsala Dinner

Serve the chicken over the egg noodles (or pasta) and add a dinner salad.  Delicious!
