After the arrests of  City Manager Jaime Aguilera and Mayor Pro Tem Daniel Salinas, Mayor Martin Resendiz returned to work. Resendiz admitted to signing $1 million city contracts while drunk in 2008. Say what? This comes after a video of a lap dance led to extortion charges of the mayor pro tem and city manager. You can't make this stuff up.
